POLICY
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who we are
OPRYVO is operated by Ben Gannon in England. This policy explains how OPRYVO handles personal information when you use our website, mobile applications and services. Contact us at opryvo1@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name and email address; property information you enter; listing images, brochures, surveys and other documents you choose to upload; preferences and product activity; purchase and entitlement information; and limited technical information needed for security, reliability and diagnostics.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, provide requested searches and reports, analyse documents you submit, personalise relevant results, maintain purchases, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and improve service reliability.
4. Legal bases
Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing OPRYVO, your consent where specifically requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. AI and uploads
Information and documents submitted for analysis may be processed by specialist technology providers solely to generate the requested result. Do not upload documents you are not entitled to use. Remove unnecessary personal information before uploading where possible.
6. Service providers
We use providers for hosting, authentication, secure storage, AI processing, support and payments. These may include Supabase, OpenAI, Apple, Google and our website-hosting provider. Apple and Google process app-store payments under their own privacy terms; OPRYVO does not receive your full payment-card details.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account from Settings in the app or follow the instructions on our account-deletion page. Account deletion removes the account and associated OPRYVO data, subject to limited retention where legally required.
9. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy of certain information. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, although no online service is completely risk-free. OPRYVO is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or law changes. The latest version will appear here with its effective date.
