What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address or phone number, and the business problem you describe. If we later work together, we may also collect information needed to plan, build, support and charge for your project.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, private API keys, medical information or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
Why we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry.
- To decide whether OPRYVO may be able to help.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask us to.
- To keep a record of conversations and agreed next steps.
- To protect the website and prevent misuse.
Our usual legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, performing a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running OPRYVO properly. We do not add enquiry details to a marketing list without separate permission.
Where it is kept and who receives it
Enquiry information is stored in OPRYVO’s protected website database and may be processed by the technology and hosting providers needed to run the service. We only share information when needed to provide the service, meet a legal duty, protect our rights, or when you ask us to.
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we expect appropriate legal safeguards to be used.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries will normally be deleted within 12 months. Customer project, payment and legal records may be kept for longer where needed for the working relationship, tax, insurance, security or legal reasons. We review information and remove it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the situation, you may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how it is used, or ask for it in a usable format. Email opryvo1@gmail.com to make a request.
