Website terms

Simple rules for using this website.

These terms cover the public OPRYVO website and enquiry service.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Using the website

You may use this website to learn about OPRYVO and send a genuine business enquiry. You must not misuse it, attempt to interfere with it, submit unlawful material, pretend to be somebody else, or try to access private areas without permission.

An enquiry is not a contract

Sending the form does not create a customer relationship, guarantee that OPRYVO can take the work, or commit either side to a project. Any paid work will require a separate written proposal or agreement covering the exact work, price, timing, responsibilities and support.

Information on this website

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but its information is general and may change. It is not legal, financial, accounting or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where needed.

Ideas and information you send

You confirm that you are allowed to share the information you send. Do not send passwords, private keys, confidential customer data or sensitive personal information through the first enquiry form. Sharing an idea does not transfer ownership of it to OPRYVO, but it also does not create a confidentiality agreement. Confidential project information should only be shared after suitable terms are agreed.

Ownership

The OPRYVO name, website wording, design and materials belong to OPRYVO or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to the website, but may not copy, resell or present its materials as your own.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, pause or remove parts of the website. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. As far as the law allows, OPRYVO is not responsible for indirect business losses caused only by use of, or inability to use, this public website.

Law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you. Questions can be sent to opryvo1@gmail.com.
